1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who retired on 30.06.2024 from the Office of respondent-5, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to grant pension to the petitioner from the date of superannuation.

3. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner will approach before the respondent authority by filing a fresh representation, the same will be considered in accordance with law within the stipulated time.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the pleadings, and documents.
5. From perusal of the pleadings, it appears that petitioner has been superannuated on 30.06.2024 but till date he is not getting his pension, though nearly an year has been expired.

Considering the same, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondents-3 to 5 by filing a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by reiterating his claim. In case of filing of such representation, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same, and take necessary steps for disbursal of pension to the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
