Apart from above, it is revealed that suit for recovery filed by the plain#ff-appellant was dismissed by the trial Court on 08.05.2018 and the appeal filed by him was dismissed by the first Appellate Court of District Judge, Barnala on 31.10.2019 a0er holding that suit was barred by limita#on. In the aforesaid circumstances, when appellant has not come forward and the counsel for the appellant has no longer any instruc#ons to appear on his behalf, the present appeal is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecu#on.
