The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant to release him on temporary bail on the ground of appearing in Chartered Accountant Intermediate Examinations. 3. The complainant has filed AfÏdavit in Reply and opposed the present appeal for temporary bail. 4. Looking to the jail record, it appears that earlier also on various occasions, the appellant was released on temporary bail for his examinations and reported in time. Further, his jail conduct is also good. 5. Taking into consideration the cause mentioned in this application and considering his jail record as well, present appeal is allowed.
