By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant is praying leave of this Court to file an impleadment petition. It is projected that the applicants, who were proper and necessary parties in the writ petition, were not impleaded and therefore, they are aggrieved by the order which is put to challenge in the connected WA/299/2025. 3. Although the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have objection to the application, but taking into consideration the grievance raised by the applicant, this leave petition stands allowed by granting leave to the applicant to file an impleadment petition in the connected WA/299/2025. 4.
