No. 3 in CRMP No. 1404 of 2022 for withdrawal of these petitions with liberty to challenge the cognizance order and charge-sheet. 3. On due considerartion and for the reasons stated above I.A. No. 02 in CRMP No. 1684 of 2022, I.A. No. 3 in CRMP No. 1404 of 2022 are allowed. 5 / 5 CRMP NO. 1219 of 2022 & CRMP No. 1726 of 2022 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to challenge the cognizance order and the charge-sheet. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned hereinabove, prayer is allowed. 6. Accordingly, all the present petitions ( four CRMP) are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
