Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in the FIR. It is alleged against the petitioner- Durg Singh, that he used the fire arm, however, no recovery of any fire arm was effected at the instance of petitioner- Durg Singh. The fire arm was recovered from the possession of petitioner- Pulin. The police has not recovered any bullet or pallets from the place of occurrence. The injuries sustained to all the injured were found to be simple blunt in nature. The accused- petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2025 and trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, these bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed these bail applications and contended that the petitioners used fire arm and caused injuries to injured Arif, Janu and Arun Khan. The recovery of fire arm was effected from the petitioner- Pulin. The petitioners are also having criminal antecedents and against them, criminal cases under various offences have been registered, therefore, considering the above facts, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be dismissed. 4.
