Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order, dated 03.04.2025 in Cri.MP.No.799 of 2025 in Crime No.40 of 2025 of Narsipatnam Town Police Station, on the file of the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, with regard to Para No.9 is modified as under: The petitioner/Accused No.l is ordered to be released on bail on execution of personal bond for Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam”.
