Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for the respondent authority to grant full pension instead of anticipation pension and grant other retiral benefit i.e. gratuity. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant interest in delay payment of gratuity and pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner superannuated on 30.09.2024 from the post of Forester but till date, his retiral dues have not been finalized, and he is being paid only anticipation pension. Petitioner submitted his representation before respondent-2 on 30.04.2025 but till date his representation has not been decided. Learned counsel restricted his submission to the extent that respondent-2 may be directed to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State counsel has not opposed the limited prayer of the petitioner, and would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is being given to respondent-2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the limited prayer submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is not objected by learned State counsel, it is directed that respondent-2 to take decision on the pending representation dated 30.04.2025, submitted by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, on its own merits. 6. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before respondent-2 within a week from today. 7. With aforesaid observation, and direction present petition stands disposed of.
