This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicants Suresh and Pushpa, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 353 of 2024, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS, registered at P.S. Kadar Chauk, District Badaun. 4. At the very outset learned counsel for the State submits that recital in para 24 of the affidavit that the applicants have no criminal history is false as the applicant no.1 is reported to be having criminal history of five cases including the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants on countering the same submits that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better bail application. 6. Prayer is allowed. 7.
