The present bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant, Renu, W/o Roopchand, R/o Nirmal Basti, Cell Boys School, Harrawala, Doiwala, District Dehradun. The applicant is presently in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.124 of 2019, dated 11.06.2019, under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun. She has sought his release on bail. 4. The first bail application of the applicant being BA 1st No.2107 of 2021, was rejected on 28.04.2022. In the present 2nd bail application, there are no new grounds to release the applicant on bail. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the applicant has not made out a case for bail. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
