After going through the order, I find that no mandamus was issued by this Court, after dismissing the writ petition as not maintainable. This Court has only made the following observation at paragraph 5:- 5. It is also expected from the Board of Revenue to dispose of the service appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 3. This observation cannot be construed as mandamus, thus, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt application is dropped. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S.
