Instant application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gangapar, Commissionerate Prayagraj in Case Crime No.190 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned AGA that the impugned order is an administrative order, against which an application u/s 528 BNSS is not maintainable. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this case to avail appropriate remedy against the impugned order. 5. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
