Vide PUD dated 06.05.2025, 1st District Judge, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No.14A/2020 (Dushyant Jangde vs. Pradeep Kumar Bhaskar (Dead) and another), which was directed to be disposed of within a period of six months vide order dated 12.02.2025, passed in MCC No.152/2025 by this Court.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, further time of three months from today i.e. 20.06.2025 is granted to the concerned District Judge to conclude the trial of the case mentioned herein above, at the earliest.
