Act No. 16 of 2021, therefore, present petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to file appeal, if so advised.
