THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 18982 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus to declare the e-Tender notification in ID 193528, Tender Notice Number 84/201718/F1 dt 21.05.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent inviting tenders without following the provisions of A.P.Municipal Tender Rules 3(2), 5(2), 8(3), G.O.Ms.No.475, MA & UD dt 28.8.1989, G.O.Ms.No. 581 dt 6.11.1996 G.O.Ms.No.30 MA & UD (G.II) dt 18.01.2000 and violation of the directions passed by the Honourable court in W.A.Nos 1087 of 2016 and batch dt 31.10.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to reserve 15% of works to societies belonging to Scheduled Castes Scheduled Tribes and Waddera Communities and pass such other orders....”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of passage of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
