In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure-AC) passed by respondent No.4. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20930 WP No. 17195 of 2025 3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate that, the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. That being the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to approach the competent Appellate Authority for redressal of its grievances. 4. It is also contended by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the petitioner herein has already approached this Court twice challenging the orders passed by the respondent-authorities and accordingly sought for expeditious consideration of the appeal that may be made by the petitioner herein. 5. Accepting the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, if an appeal is filed by the petitioner herein within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be considered by the competent Appellate Authority at the earliest, taking into account that the Academic Year of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20930 WP No. 17195 of 2025 students is under progress.
