ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the order of the 1st Respondent bearing Ref. NREDCAP/Pers/Dis/DAK/2018/200, dated 23/04/2018 confirming the suspension of the Petitioner under proceedings Ref. NREDCAP/Pers/Dis/DAK/2018, dated 19/01/2018 and also the Charge Memo bearing Lr.No. TSREDCO/SAR-2014-15 and 2016- 17/PVR-KMNR/2017 dated 06/01/2018 as illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and set aside the same, with a consequential direction to the 1st Respondent to treat the Petitioner as on duty.”
2. Sri K.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court has passed an interim order dated 11.06.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondents would submit that, in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the individual is reinstated into service and eventually the Petitioner retired from service. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter.
4. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material on record, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court, the Respondents- Authorities reinstated the Petitioner into service and subsequently, after reaching the age of superannuation, the Petitioner retired from service. In that view, no further orders are required in this matter.
5. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned
order. The interim order dated 11.06.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 is made absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
