He apprised the Court that the petitioner has now been adjusted against the post of OJM in the branch of respondent-Bank at Sarahan, District Sirmaur. In view of the fact that now the order passed by the Court stands complied with, the Court is not proceedings further with the contempt proceedings and is discharging the notice but it intends to make an observation that the orders of the Court should be implemented in letter and spirit and no endeavour should be made to overreach the same.
