This MCC has been filed by the applicants/State seeking for extension of time to decide the representation made by the petitioner in light of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 4901/2024 dated 16.08.2024. This Court while HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Digitally signed by HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Date: 2025.07.07 17:20:23 +0530 2 deciding the WPS No. 4901/2024 made the following observation in paragraph No. 4 as under:- “Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and argument advanced by the parties at bar, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, without commenting anything onto the merits of the case, permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondent Nos.1 & 2/competent authority projecting all his grievances as projected in this writ petition along with the copy of petition within 07 days from today and in turn respondent Nos.1 & 2/competent authority is expected to consider and decide the same within the period of 30 days from submission of such representation in accordance with the relevant rules and law applicable to the case of petitioner.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicants/State submits that grievances of the petitioner is under active consideration before the Cabinet and in all likelihood, the decision would be taken shortly. Though, he fairly submits that earlier the State has filed MCC No. 1134/2024 and this Court vide its order dated 09.12.2024 granted 90 days time to comply the order dated 16.08.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4901/2024. He further submits that lastly one opportunity may be granted to the applicants/State to comply the said order. 5. Considering the submissions and in the interest of justice further 90 days time is granted to comply the order dated 16.08.2024 passed in WPS No. 4901/2024. 6. Accordingly, MCC disposed of.
