Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, the representation made by the petitioner, appended with the petition as Annexure P-2 with regard to his grievance, is directed to be decided by the competent Authority within some reasonable time. 3. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the representation made by the petitioner, appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-2, shall be decided by the competent Authority, in light of the averments made therein as well 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 as the judgments being relied upon by the petitioner, if any, within a period of eight weeks from today, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. As pointed out by learned Additional Advocate General, the Authority shall go into the issue of delay and laches while deciding the representation.
