Cr.M.P(M) No.306 of 2025 For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly, in para 2 thereof, which is duly supported by the affidavit of the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, we find sufficient cause having been carved out, which prevented the applicant from filing the accompanying appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 176 days that has crept up in filing the appeal. The application stands disposed of. Cr.M.P(M) No. of 2025 Be registered. Heard.
