Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded and the accused have been convicted vide judgment dated 06.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
