Direct the LXXVII Addl. City Civil Sessions Judge and Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act at Bengaluru to terminate or conclude the trial in Spl.C.C.No.455/2017 within the outer limit as deemed fit by this Hon’ble court. ii. Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the petitioner to urge all contentions before the Trial Court, who shall consider the same in accordance with law. Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20854 CRL.P No. 8062 of 2025 this order.
