Counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the instant bail applications, out of 11 listed witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined by the trail court and would, as such, pray for transfer of the instant bail applications to the trail court being court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Poonch for disposal on the merits expeditiously. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the petitioners, the instant bail applications are directed to be transmitted/transferred to the Court of learned Principal Session Judge, Poonch within week’s time, whereafter the said court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of 15 days. 3.
