1. This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore prayed that the instant petition may kindly be allowed and the proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 4621/2014 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg, Distt. Durg (C.G.) may kindly be quashed and the petitioner may kindly be discharge for want of sanction as required under the law, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case.”

From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Complaint Case No. 4621/2014, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the learned XII CJ- II/JMFC, Durg, District Durg (C.G.), vide order dated 18.07.2024.
