For the respondents: Mr. Rajat Kumar, Advocate, for the respondents, in all the petitions. 2 Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) As per the learned Additional Advocate General, these petitions have been filed by the State to highlight the fact that the enhancement, which has been given by the learned Reference Court in favour of the respondents under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act was on the basis of an award passed by the said learned Reference Court, operation whereof stood stayed by this Court in Regular First Appeal. Learned counsel for the respondents has apprised the Court that the appeals filed by the State i.e. RFA No.242 of 2019 a/w RFA Nos. 242 to 245 of 2019, 191, 141 of 2021, 70 of 2022 and 151 of 2024 stand dismissed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench. 2. In the light of this fact, as the prayers made in these petitions have become infructuous, the same are accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
