In terms of previous order dated 16th July, 2025 on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Hooghly being respondent no.6 a report which was forwarded through e-mail dated 28th July, 2025 to the learned advocate for the State respondents is filed today and same is taken on record. 2. On perusal of the report dated 28th July, 2025 it appears that a post is lying vacant in Champsara Satish Chandra Vidya Niketan (H.S.), Baidyabati, Hooghly where petitioner can be accommodated. 3. Petitioner on being selected in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary) was recommended by the Chairman of West Bengal Central School Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as ‘Commission’) 2 vide memo dated 23rd December, 2024 against a post in Mahesh Balika Vidyamandir, Hooghly. However, petitioner could not join the post within the period of ninety (90) days due to medical reasons and approached the concerned authority of the Commission to extend validity of recommendation dated 23rd December, 2024. 4. Thereafter, Secretary-in-Charge of the Commission finds it expedient to extend the validity of recommendation for a period of thirty (30) days with effect from the date of receipt of memo dated 6th May, 2025. Vide extension memo dated 6th May, 2025 petitioner was required to join the post of Assistant Teacher in Mahesh Balika Vidyamandir. However, petitioner in spite of attempt could not join the post since it was found that the post was not lying vacant which triggered the present writ petition. 5. Since it was disclosed by filing a report on behalf of the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) that a post is lying vacant in Champsara Satish Chandra Vidya Niketan (H.S.), Hooghly, concerned authority of the Commission is directed to re-recommend the petitioner which would permit the petitioner to join the post of Assistant Teacher in Champsara Satish Chandra Vidya Niketan (H.S.), Hooghly. Concerned 3 authority of the Commission is directed to issue re- recommendation memo within fortnight from the date of communication of this order. After issuance of re- recommendation in favour of the petitioner she shall join the post within the time to be specified in the re- recommendation memo. 6. The authority of Champsara Satish Chandra Vidya Niketan (H.S.), Baidyabati, Hooghly will co-operate with the petitioner by issuance of appointment letter. 7. With the aforesaid directions writ petition stands disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
