ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
"PRAYER Therefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue
i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Principal Judge Family Court at Shivamogga to dispose of M.C.No.326/2023 within an outer limit of 3 months vide Annexure-K.
ii) Issue a Writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the circumstance of case in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the M.C. is of the year 2023, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following order:
ORDER
i. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Shivamogga is
directed to dispose of M.C.No.326/2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

iii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as the disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. iv. All I.As. in this writ petition shall stand closed.
