Both these bail applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 102/2024, registered for the offence
under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/103(1)/115(2)/117(2)/109/3(5) of the BNS 2023, pending in the Court of Smt Neha Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. It appears that due to land dispute between the parties, a free fight ensued between the accused persons and the informant and one Badki Kisku was murdered and several persons were injured. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was further submitted that both the parties had sustained injuries. It was finally submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Learned AP.P.s, after going through the case diary has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt Neha Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka or her successor in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 102/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
