The petitioner also seeks that the leave encashment and last seven days salary amount also be to paid. 2.Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The respondents may examine the service register of the petitioner and examine whether the Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned Leave Salary had been paid with delay and if it is paid with delay, pay 6% interest per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement.
