Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 18.07.2025 received from Divisional Forest Officer, Churah Forest Division, Salooni, District Chamba, H.P., alongwith communication dated 24.06.2025 sent by the Department to the Accountant General (A & E) Himachal Pradesh, for according sanction of pension in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, no further action, at this stage, is required to be taken by the respondents. Accordingly, matter is closed. Needless to say that redressal of grievance, if any, still survives, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
