In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the opposite party No. 2. 3. The sole prayer made in the present application is for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Criminal Case No. 1888 of 2021 (Shiba Parveen v. Parwez Akhtar), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, pending before the learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Fast Track Court, Room No. 2, Ghazipur within the stipulated period. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application is being disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings with most expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournments and, in case, adjournment is being granted for any eventuality then the same should be on the genuine reasons and not more than ten days at a stretch, subject to the legal impediment, if any.
