1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. By the order under contempt, there was a direction to the petitioners to make fresh representation within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of order dated 31.01.2025, whereas, the petitioners submitted their representation on 14.02.2025, wherein there is no pleading by the petitioners that when the copy of order dated 31.01.2025 was received by them. 3. In view of above, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that one more opportunity may be given to the petitioners to move fresh representation to the authority concerned. Therefore, it is directed that the petitioners may file fresh representation within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and if such representation is made, same shall be decided by the respondent authority on its own merits in accordance with law within further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such representation from the petitioners.
