Case No. 43 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 322 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Koderma. 3. It was submitted that stolen motorcycle of this case was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months. 4. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Koderma in connection with Domchanch P.S.
