This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Court below for early decision of Criminal Case No.421 of 2022 (Smt. Vibha Singh & another Vs. Saurabh Kumar Singh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur, within stipulated period. Considering the fact that the case has remained pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the applicants to move an interim maintenance application within two weeks from today. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be decided within one month from that day. Further direction is given to the court concerned that after deciding the interim maintenance application the proceedings of aforesaid case shall also be decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of decision of interim maintenance application, which may be filed, if there is no other legal impediment.
