SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS CRLA No.283 of 2015 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, Advocate for the appellant. 2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, A.G.A. with Mr. Vikas Uniyal, B.H. for the State. 3. It has been noted by this Court in its order dated 20.02.2025, that the parties are unanimous on the point that the appellant-Sunder Singh has already undergone the sentence imposed upon him by the impugned judgment and order dated 30.06.2025 and has now been set free. 4. On the other hand, counsel for the appellant submitted, on behalf of the appellant, that he still wanted to argue the appeal in order to wipe out the stigma attached to him, due to this conviction. 5. But today he submits that he has no instructions from the appellant to argue the appeal. 6. In this view of the matter, the criminal appeal preferred by the appellant – Sunder Singh is rendered infructuous. 7. Accordingly the criminal appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
