Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that writ petition can be closed without going into the merits of the case, observing that police shall follow directions of the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court passed in W.P.(PIL).Nos.320 of 2014 and 177 of 2016. 4. Accordingly the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stands closed.
