2. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the memo dated 17.04.2025 issued by respondent No.3 as per Annexure- C.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, as per Annexure-C, the respondents are interfering with the schedule property belonging to the petitioner. 4. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that Annexure-C is an internal departmental correspondence between the revenue authorities and same cannot be challenged unless the petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 5. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that Annexure-C is an internal correspondence between the Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk and Revenue Inspector, Yadiyuru Hobli, and in view of the declaration of law in VINEESH M.V. Vs. STATE OF KERALA AND OTHERS reported in 2021 SCC OnLine KER 1275, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this petition.
However, it is open for the petitioner to approach
