The petitioners are seeking a direction upon the respondents to consider their case for formal issuance of engagement order in their favour as daily wagers with effect from the year 2017 as according to them, they are working with the respondents from the year 2017 till date. Further direction has been sought that the respondents be asked to include and upload the name of the petitioners on the NIC portal and to regularize their services as Class IV employees in the respondent corporation. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners would feel satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to treat the present writ petition as representation on their behalf and to consider the same within a specified time. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the same as a representation on behalf of the petitioners and to take decision thereon in accordance with law and rules governing the field most expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date a copy of this writ petition and a copy of this order is made available by the petitioners to the respondents. 6.
