Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When the case was taken-up for consideration today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent- Company submitted that the remaining amount payable to the petitioner shall be paid as per the assessment and within the time period agreed upon by the respondents.

In light of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival thereof by filing an appropriate application, if the needful is

not done within the said period by the Authority concerned, and the Registry shall not insist upon the application being accompanied by the affidavit of the petitioner. It goes without saying that no hindrance shall be created by the petitioner or anyone acting at their behest in the smooth functioning of the activities of the respondent-Company.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
