The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19021 WP No. 17560 of 2024 representations vide Annexures-A and C dated:18.06.2024 and 21.06.2024 and further to direct respondent No.3 to stop the earth digging to lay cable in Sy.No.30 at Chokkanahalli Village, Jakkur Hobli, presently Yelahanka Taluk. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ paper with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Ashok Patil., submits that a memo has been filed stating that the earth digging work to lay cable in Sy.No.30 has been completed as of today. Hence, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for respondent No.3 and the memo is placed on record. 5. Because of the completion of the work, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
