Learned counsel for the State, upon instructions, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 02.04.2025 and is no longer required for further investigation. 3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 02.04.2025 is made absolute.
