JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "quashing the entire proceedings in C.C.No.1802/2024 pending on the file of I Addl.Civil Judge And J.M.F.C At Channagiri arises out of Crime No.117/2023 registered by the 1st respondent Police against the petitioner for the offence p/u/s 379 of IPC, in the interest of justice and equity; and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24867 CRL.P No. 8043 of 2025 ii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the petition." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1 jointly submit that the petitioner has already filed an application for discharge before the Trial Court, which is posted for orders on 21.07.2025. 3. The submission is placed on record. The petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as is available in law, including approaching this Court subsequently after the Trial Court passes appropriate orders on the discharge application filed by the petitioner. 4.
