The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus with a direction to the respondents to fix the fair compensation of the acquired petitioners land in Sy.No.15 and Sy.No.94 situated at Niligirikavalu Village, Javagal Hobli, Arasikere Taluk, Hassan. II. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 25.11.2020 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1214 WP No. 1051 of 2021 and 25.11.2020 filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-J and K respectively. 3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pressing prayer (i). The oral submission about non-pressing of prayer (i) is placed on record. 4. As far as prayer (ii) is concerned, counsel for the petitioners submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5. The grievance of the petitioners is that they have made representations in the year 2020 and the same are not considered as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 25.11.2020 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-J and K in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1214 WP No. 1051 of 2021 6.
