Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period/time. 2. Acceding the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, at the admission stage, directing the 3'"' respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.04.2025 as expeditiously as possible not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There 4. shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
