Writ petition was directed against an order dated April 4, 2025 passed in OA 1994 of 2018 (LRTT). By the impugned order, learned tribunal noticed that, an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act 1963 is yet to be filed. 2. Learned tribunal adjourned the original application till December 17, 2025. 3. We find no ground to interfere with the order imagined order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
