Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 13.03.2025, along-with a copy of office order dated 10.03.2025. Perusal of the order dated 10.03.2025 goes to indicate that the Principal has been directed to release the contract salary of Rs.6400/- fixed prior to 31.12.2005 and Rs.10300/- fixed after 01.01.2006 along-with admissible allowances, subject to the final outcome of the SLP filed in Execution Petition No.423 of 2024 titled as State of H.P. vs. Jameet Singh and others. 2. Clearly, the action of the respondents in making the amount payable to the petitioner, subject to lis is an act of 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the concerned Principal to release the contract salary of Rs.6400/- fixed prior to 31.12.2005 and thereafter Rs.10300/- fixed after 01.01.2006 along-with all admissible allowances unconditionally. The needful be done within a period of four weeks from today. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. For compliance, to come up on 28th April, 2025.
