1. Mr. A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present applicant-Baljeet Singh @ Bali is in judicial custody in relation to FIR dated 13.10.2024, registered as FIR No. 231 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 190, 191 (2), 191(3), 351(2) and 352 of BNS 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He further submits that he is not named in the FIR and even he is not found to be present at the time of the incident, as per the CCTV footage. He further submits that the informant himself is the eye witness, however, in the FIR name of the applicant has not been disclosed and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
5. Per contra, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State submits that there are four injured persons and the name of the applicant has been disclosed by one of the injured witness. Apart from this, learned State Counsel submits that the bail application of the co-accused Sukhvinder Singh @ Sakkhi has already been rejected by this Court, and, furthermore after collecting credible evidence charge sheet has been filed against the present applicant.
6. Apart from this, learned State Counsel informed to this Court that
2025:UHC:1811 applicant has a criminal history of six criminal cases.
7. After hearing the arguments of
learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any merit in the instant bail application. Accordingly, bail application is rejected.
