The instant criminal writ petition has been filed to quash the FIR being Katkamsandi PS Case No. 364 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023. 3. In this case an interlocutory application has been filed being I.A. No. 7793 of 2025 to bring to the notice of this Court that the parties have resolved their disputes thus the FIR may be quashed. 4. The FIR was lodged at the instance of the informant stating therein that her daughter has been kidnapped by Tabrej Ansari @ Md. Tabrej @ Sonu. Later on it has come to the notice of the informant that Tabrej Ansari @ Md. Tabrej @ Sonu was in love with the daughter of the informant and they fled and thereafter they married. Now both of them are major. 5. Learned counsel for the informant on instruction from the informant stated that he has accepted the marriage as both the 2025:JHHC:17823 husband and wife are residing happily and he has got no grievance against his son-in-law i.e. Tabrej Ansari @ Md. Tabrej @ Sonu. 6. Considering the fact that the parties have resolved their dispute and this is a case of love affair between the daughter of the informant and Tabrej Ansari @ Md. Tabrej @ Sonu and there is no public policy involved in this case and both the parties are major, I am inclined to allow this application. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. The FIR being Katkamsandi PS Case No. 364 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023 against all the accused persons is hereby quashed. 8. I.A. No. 7793 of 2025 stands allowed. 9. In view of the final order passed in this writ petition, the interlocutory application being I.A. No. 4370 of 2024 is also disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/
