Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the relief prayed for, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition is completed misconceived as venture of purchase of a vehicle by the petitioner form a private entity and raising a loan for purchase thereof again form a private entity is not a dispute which can be gone into by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to have access such statutory remedy as may available in law.
3. The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
